Hi Bruce. I’m not sure where you live, but if it’s in the States you can find an earthenware baking dish at William Sonoma or Pottery Barn. If it’s elsewhere, just do an online search and plenty of places will come up. Btw, a glass roasting pan can always be substituted. Cheers, Meg
where do you get an earthenware roasting pan. I have never seen one. Do I have to move to France to find one?
