Can I use canola oil from French vinaigrette?

  2. Marie says:

Your instructions say 3 TBLS oil, but video shows 3 tsps.
Please advise which one is correct. Thank you.

      Dear Marie,
You are quite right! There was a typo in the recipe, which I have now corrected. The right amount of oil is 3 teaspoons. Many thanks!
      All best, Meg

I see that the printed recipe still says 3 TBS. I just want to confirm if it should be 3TBS or 3tsp. Thank you

        • Meg says:

Debbie, the recipe page and its print version now both say 3-6 tsp. (teaspoons). The recipe originally said 3 tbsp., but that was wrong — gremlins must have got into my computer! In any event, the amount of oil to use in any vinaigrette varies with taste. For a milder sauce, use more oil. For a sharper sauce, use less. Hope this helps! Cheers, Meg
